MiddleEast.eth is a travel information and affiliate portal. We provide curated travel guides, destination information, and links to third-party booking services. We are not a travel agency, and we do not sell or arrange travel ourselves.
All bookings are made directly through third-party providers (Expedia, Hotels.com, etc.). MiddleEast.eth is not responsible for any transactions, disputes, or issues arising from bookings made through affiliate links.
3. Affiliate Disclosure
MiddleEast.eth participates in affiliate programs with Expedia, Hotels.com, and other travel providers. We may earn a commission when you click affiliate links and make a qualifying purchase. This comes at no extra cost to you and helps us maintain this free, decentralized travel resource.
Affiliate relationships do not influence our editorial content. We strive to provide honest, unbiased travel information regardless of affiliate partnerships.
4. Information Accuracy
We make every effort to ensure that information on MiddleEast.eth is accurate and up-to-date. However, travel conditions, visa requirements, prices, operating hours, and other details change frequently. Always verify critical information (especially visa requirements and safety conditions) with official government sources before travel.
Price estimates provided in the Trip Calculator are approximate and for planning purposes only. Actual prices will vary based on dates, availability, and other factors.

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Portal or any linked third-party services, including but not limited to travel disruptions, booking errors, or inaccurate information.
8. Decentralized Hosting
MiddleEast.eth is hosted on IPFS and accessible via the ENS domain middleeast.eth. We make no guarantees about continuous availability, as IPFS gateway availability may vary. The content is permanently available on the IPFS network regardless of gateway status.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Portal constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
